With the rise in concern of COVID-19, (Coronavirus), Kāpō Māori Aotearoa would like to advise our membership about keeping you and your whanau safe.
- Cover coughs and sneezes with tissues or your elbow, avoid coughing on others.Put used tissues in the rubbish bin or in a plastic bag, avoiding surfaces.
- Wash and dry your hands often, especially after coughing or sneezing.
- Use soap or hand sanitisers and avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth.
- Stay away from others if you’re feeling unwell – It is advised to stay home and stay warm for at least 14 days.
